Registration

Who can register on Sperkato?

Sperkato is a wholesaler and we sell exclusively to professional traders. If you are an active entrepreneur and have a valid ID number (or VAT number), you can register.

I am not an entrepreneur, but I would like to buy your products. Is it possible?

Unfortunetely it its not possible. If you are an end customer, you can buy our products at the official retail online store Juvelora.cz

How can I register?

You can register here. Fill in all required fields. Particularly important are the data ID number and VAT number, on that informations we will approve your registration.

I created the registration, can I shop immediately?

Your registration must be approved. We will check the entered data and if everything is OK, your registration will be approved. We usually approve registrations within minutes. If you have registered outside working hours (Mon-Fri 9: 00-18: 00), your registration will be processed no later than the following working day. You will be notified by e-mail about the approval of the registration. After approval of the registration, you can log in, view products with prices and shop.

I forgot my password. How can I get a password?

You can reset your password here. You will only need to enter the e-mail to which the registration was made. If you encounter any problems setting the password, contact us using the contact form. We will be happy to help you set up access.

I would like to be informed about news in your assortment. What can I do about it?

Sign up for our newsletter (the "I want to subscribe to newsletters" box at the bottom of the page). We do not send spam, but we will be happy to notify you once a month about new products, campaigns and sales.

I run an online store. Can I use your photos?

Are you considering including products from our range in your offer? We offer the opportunity to use our quality product photos for free. However, you must comply with two basic conditions: providing an online store address and adhering to recommended MOCs.

I run an online store and I need to import products. How to get XML feed?

  • register as a merchant first
  • tell us the address of your online store using the contact form (use the same email in the contact form as when registering)
  • wait for the authorization of your registration and email with the XML feed address

Simply and efficiently synchronize the offer of our products in your online store. The product feed contains all important product information, product photos and current stock availability updated every hour.

Order

How can I place an order?

  • Register to view prices. After checking the data and authorization, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your account is active.
  • After authorization, you can log in your account.
  • See the goods in each category.
  • Put selected products into the cart.
  • Go to cart and make sure you have all the products in your cart.
  • Proceed to choose the form of transport and payment.
  • Proceed to the order summary. Check all the details of the order (especially delivery details).
  • Submit your order and wait for the confirmation email. At this point, we will begin processing your order. You will receive a confirmation of the e-mail.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is set at €120 / $150 / CZK 3 000 incl. VAT. This is really the lowest possible purchase limit for us. If you want to view the products without much risk, please use the minimum order amount and in case of dissatisfaction you can return the goods within 14 days from receiving.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We value your orders and know that it is important for you to achieve the highest possible margin. We will reward you with quantity discounts based on the total value of the order.

  • 5% for orders over €400 / $500 / CZK 10 000 (incl. VAT)
  • 10% for orders over €800 / $100 / CZK 20 000 (incl. VAT)
  • 15% for orders over €2 000 / $2 500 / CZK 50 000 (incl. VAT)
  • 20% for orders over €4 000 / $5 000/ CZK 100 000 (incl. VAT)

Conditions for applying the volume discount:

Volume discounts are applied in the cart automatically to all authorized customers and apply to the value of one purchase. You cannot cumulate multiple individual purchases at lower values ​​to apply the discount. Quantity discounts only apply to online orders placed at www.sperkato.com.

I did not receive an order confirmation. Do you have my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order within a few minutes. If you did not receive the e-mail, also check the spam folder. If the confirmation didn't arrive there either, you probably entered the wrong information in your order. Contact us using the contact form and we will fix everything.

Is it possible to edit an order after it has been shipped?

If payment for the order has not yet been paid, we can edit it. Contact us using the contact form. If payment has already been made, it is not possible to edit the order. It will be necessary to create a new order for the required goods.

My favorite product is no longer on the market (or is marked as sold out). Is it possible to re-order it?

If the product is not on the offer, or is marked as sold out in the offer, it is not possible to purchase it at this time. We cannot communicate re-storage more precisely. It is possible that the product will not be included in the offer again

Transport

What types of transport do you offer and how much does it cost?

You will find a summary of the offered transport services, including prices, delivery speed, in the table below, depending on the country where you wish to send the goods.

Shipments sent outside the EU may be subject to additional customs, tax and customs clearance payments. These payments are made exclusively by the beneficiary to the relevant services and authorities.

You can also pick up your order in person at Bednaříkova 1a, 628 00, Brno-Líšeň. Make an appointment using the contact form.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all the services we use for sending include tracking. You will receive the tracking number in the order confirmation email. If this does not happen, contact us using the contact form and we will provide the tracking number immediately.

Payment

What types of payments do you accept?

After paying for your order, you can use one of the following forms of payment:

  • Cash on delivery - Payment upon receipt. Only within the Czech Republic.
  • Payment by online bank transfer - This is an online bank transfer supporting the following banks: Komerční banka, ZUNO, Raiffeisen BANK, GE Money Bank, Fio banka, Era banka, Sberbank, Česká spořitelna, mBank, ČSOB, Air Bank, UniCredit Bank, Citibank, Equa bank, ING Bank, Expobank, Oberbank, Všeobecná úverová banka. When making a payment, you will be referred to your bank's secure payment system, where the payment will be authorized. Payment is credited immediately.
  • Payment by credit card - Payment is made using a VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard payment card, via a secure interface. Payment is credited immediately.
  • Payment by bank transfer - Payment is made by transfer from your bank account to our bank account maintained with Komerční banka. The necessary data (account number, VS, amount) are displayed after completing the order and are also sent to your email. The goods are sent upon receipt of payment (1 working day). For a quick transfer to a bank account, we recommend using a transfer via GoPay, where the payment is credited immediately and the goods can be shipped faster.

Reverse Charge

If you are a VAT payer in an EU member state other than the Czech Republic, you are entitled to purchase VAT-free goods for business purposes.

How to apply reverse charge:

Register and enter your VAT number. We will verify and approve your registration as soon as possible. Even after verifying your VAT registration in another EU member state and approving the right to reverse charge, you will see prices including and without VAT.

  • add selected products to the cart
  • complete the order process and do not pay for the order yet
  • in the last step you will be notified of the possibility of applying a reverse charge
  • After receiving the order, we will verify the validity of your VAT registration again
  • we will send an email confirming the application of the reverse charge and instructions for the payment of the amount exempt from VAT
  • now your order is exempt from VAT, you can check in the section "My orders" in your account. The amount of the order without VAT and including VAT will be the same.
  • pay the total amount exempt from VAT to the bank account specified in the email, or using the payment button for online payment

Returning goods

I received the order, but one of the products is defective / incorrectly shipped. What can I do?

We will exchange defective and incorrectly sent goods for you. Contact us with the help contact form and state the specific problem. We will propose the most suitable solution based on a specific problem. Defective and incorrectly sent goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Resolve complaints about defective and incorrectly sent goods immediately after delivery. If the package of the consignment has been damaged and there is a risk that the content could be damaged during transport, this fact must be addressed with the carrier before confirming receipt of the consignment. Subsequent complaints cannot be taken into account. We pack shipments very carefully so that even damage to the outer packaging does not affect the content of the shipment.

 

I received an order, but one of the products in the order is missing. What can I do?

Please check if the product is listed on the attached invoice. If so, and it is really missing, contact us using the contact form. Please check all packaging material carefully before contact. Sometimes, when the inner packaging is opened carelessly, the product becomes entangled in the packaging material. Prior to shipment, the shipment is weighed to the nearest 0.01 gram and the workspace used to complete orders is monitored by a camera system. So we can quickly find out where the mistake might have been. Please resolve complaints about missing content immediately after delivery and unpacking of the shipment. If the package of the consignment has been damaged and there is a risk that the content may not be complete, it is necessary to address this fact with the carrier before confirming receipt of the consignment. Subsequent complaints cannot be taken into account.

I received the order and have another complaint. What can I do?

Other questions

What materials do you use in the production of jewelry?

The main pillar of our range is silver jewelry made of silver 925/1000. We also offer products made of steel batches 304 and 316. We only marginally offer products made of base metals. We always state the material composition in the product detail.

Can I play sports, work, sleep with your products?

Our products are high quality, but we do not recommend playing with them, working, sleeping, bathing and performing demanding physical activity. If you want to keep the jewelry in the best condition for as long as possible, it is not appropriate to contact the jewelry with water, chemicals, cosmetics, sweat. Any such contact can negatively affect the appearance of the jewelry, or damage it. Also avoid bumps with foreign objects.

Can I set the final sales prices myself?

The final prices are set by the merchant. We recommend following the suggested retail price. If you are the operator of the online store and use our photos, compliance with the suggested retail price is an obligation for cooperation and use of the provided product photos. An increase over the suggested retail price is allowed and depends on your pricing strategy.
